General conditions of sale
1. Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded through the website of Qinlo, Individual Enterprise, contact address: support@qinlo.fr. By placing an order, the customer accepts these conditions without reservation.
2. Products
Qinlo offers clothing, including soccer jerseys, with the possibility of expanding to other types of clothing in the future. Product descriptions, including sizes, colors and materials, are available on our site. Qinlo strives to provide accurate information, but cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of product representations.
3. Orders
Orders are placed directly on our website. An order is only validated after receipt of payment. For pre-orders, delivery times can range from 5 to 8 weeks. Standard orders are delivered within 3 to 6 working days. Qinlo reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
4. Price and Payment
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Qinlo reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of validation of the order. Payment is made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other means offered on the site. Payment must be made in full before the products are shipped.
5. Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering. Qinlo undertakes to respect the delivery times mentioned, but cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal, except for personalized items. The customer must return the products in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, etc.) to obtain a refund. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
7. Warranty
Products sold by Qinlo are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of receipt of the order. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance. In the event of a defect, the customer can request an exchange or refund.
8. Intellectual property
All elements of the Qinlo site, including models, logos, designs, are the exclusive property of Qinlo. Any reproduction or unauthorized use of these elements is strictly prohibited.
9. Liability
Qinlo shall not be held liable for any indirect damages that may arise from the purchase of the products. Qinlo's liability under these T&Cs shall not exceed an amount equal to the sums paid or payable during the transaction giving rise to said liability.
10. Protection of personal data
Qinlo is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers. The information collected is necessary for processing orders and may be used for commercial communication purposes. In accordance with the "Informatique et Libertés" law, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.
11. Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the courts will have jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
12. Modification of the T&Cs
Qinlo reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The new conditions will be applicable to any order placed after their publication on the site.
